COVID-19 Update
Infection control has always been a top priority for Arlington Endodontics. We take your health and safety very seriously and have taken additional steps with added safety protocols and barriers that we would like you to be aware of.
*When you call to schedule your appointment with us, we will ask some screening questions. You will be asked those same questions again, once you arrive for your appointment.
*Our office uses completely digital patient forms. All patient forms must be completed ahead of your scheduled appointment. Our staff will email you a link for those forms or you also can access them on our website, www.arlington-endodontics.com
*We ask that you wear a face mask to your appointment.
*Instead of waiting in our reception area, we ask that you call the office from your car once you arrive. At that time, we will repeat the screening questions and let you know when we are ready for you to enter.
*Upon entering Arlington Endodontics your assistant will greet you at the door and take your temperature with a no touch thermometer. If your temperature is above 100.1 degrees, we will not be able to see you. We will need to reschedule your appointment for a later date. (Per the recommendations by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention)
*Only the patient will be allowed in the office at appointment time. There are some exceptions to this such as young children, and patients that need an interpreter or have special needs.
*You will be asked to sanitize your hands with hand sanitizer before entering the treatment room. You will also be given a pre-rinse that kills the virus and bacteria present in your mouth for 2 hours.
*Our staff will undergo daily temperature checks and wear face masks at all times in the office.
*Our Doctors and assistants are now equipped with N95 or similar masks, full face shields, protective eyewear, and disposable gowns as a higher form of protection for themselves and for you.
*Air purification and decontamination systems have been added to the office to help remove particles and viruses from the air.
We recognize that this is a time filled with uncertainties for everyone and we want to assure you of our commitment to providing you with the care you need in a safe environment.
